After 5.0 I can not delete some apps anymore. Trying to take off stuff like visual voice mail and other vzw pushed stuff. Wow this update changed a lot of stuff. The apps are broke down into 3rd party, core, and add ons. After looking through all 3 folders I cant find half the stuff in there that is actualy on my phone.
Those are just launchers to the apps.. they are not actually apps themselves... They are annoying but there is no way of removing them.. the way that most of use deal with them are to hide them... To do this to highlight the icon.. hit BB button.. then click on hide... Good luck with 5.0... I know you will love it and hate it... but the browsing is 50x faster... so i am living with the bad...
Can't be deleted unless you delete the corresponding service books, HOWEVER they WILL come back when your device reconnects with the network, so it really defeats the entire purpose. The only thing you can do is either let them stay where they are or hide them.
