Maku.......it doesn't have an icon, while using your e-mail folder it will show as one of the options in the MENU, from there you may modify it to your taste., that been said.....you don't really need it, we tried it just to fullfill our addiction but it slowed our phone ridiculously, it probably happened while it looked for the best possible connection and so on......it needs a lot of refinement, yes like the BBSmart E-Mail Viewer or Empower apps did worked in the 7100, 8100 or 8300 Blackberry series....good luck !!!

Yeah, I deleted the trial as the app delays each message opened by like 3 seconds each time. So I figured the trade-off vs the few times I MUST see an e-mail in full HTML just wasn't worth it.

I did the same today! I downloaded the trial of the Ace Email Viewer on my 8900 in order to take advantage of its message formatting capaibilities, but it caused the email application to be so slow that I had to uninstall it. I would never get my mail answered at that speed! LOL

I'm glad I downloaded the trial before buying it, even if it was on sale! The frustration it caused wasn't worth the time I spent downloading & installing it.

Not only does it open painfully slowly and not download images, it also disables the navigation functions of the space bar and t & b keys. Glad I just got the trial version and didn't waste any money on it.

Go to options, advanced options, applications. Highlight the application you want to uninstall and hit the menu button; choose delete, then reboot your phone.

this sucks! i just purchased the program and before i had a chance to fixed up the options i decide to see what ppl were talking about (big mistake should have did this before purchase). once i read the forum i deleted the app. I just could not take the chance of this program giving me problems. Next time I'll check the forum and see what the community thinks about anything i plan on doing with my bb. $10 down the drain.

I also bought this app before checking out what was being said here on the subject. It wouldn't download the messages on my emails...just the header, plus I couldn't move lower than the header. Uninstalled it. Wasted a good $10.00. Thank goodness it was on sale and I didn't waste $30.00

I wrote about this app in another thread, to warn potential crackberry members about its cons...and wrote a review and gave it a rating of 1 star. This was maybe two weeks ago. I checked the review on shopcrackberry and the ratings were still 5 stars and my post did not go up on the review section of the app. I gave other reviews of other apps and they showed up. What gives with this application? A lot of people write bad reviews on this product and still five star rating? Something is not right with this.

Just wanted you to know that the app was still there after a reboot. I had to do a battery pull.

Ha! Check this: I gave the app a very bad rating, and mine didn't show up! Only four ratings show out of 247, and those four are five star. What a joke.

I wish I had searched these posts before I purchased!!!

I used to use BBS on my 8800, but I recently upgraded to a 9700, I bought this crappy software yesterday, and deleted and 30 minutes ago! it is very misleading when you look at the reviews in the store!

FWIW, I posted a poor review in the store, we'll see if it shows up..

Simply put, it sucks big time. Cannot believe that it has a perfect 5 star rating on crackberry from 300+ posts. Its awful! Its really not html..you get to change the background color and the text color...doesn't look anything like real html you would see in your computer email...just click options and use BB features to download image or view in html..you get a better, cleaner sense of what your html email looks like. I downloaded the free app (thinking it had improved since a year ago)...still the same crappy app and they have got to be kidding with the price...fiddled with it to try and get it to look better, then immediately deleted it, all the while praying my BB didn't crash.....
