So I've been using GPSed on my 9700 and so far I really like the interface and ease of use. I use it mainly to map my routes when I go cycling. The distance is usually pretty accurate when compared to the computer on my bike but what is usually way off is max. speed and total elevation gain.
Anybody know of a gps app that will produce more accurate .gpx files or is this a 9700 gps issue.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure about the exporting to GPX files, but I use the Free "BIM Active" program in App World for my hikes/rides. It links up to the free account you set up on bimactive.com and logs everything there.
It does maps, charts, calculates calories burned... not bad for free.
