Is there anyway to prevent 3rd party apps from launching on there own?

Like when I start up my Storm it will automatically launch apps which gets annoying thank you.

To my best knowledge third party apps should not launch automatically. What apps are launching? Some apps may launch if you have it set but not without you setting it.

Some third party apps start up automatically while others no. So it really depends on the app. because a lot of the apps that you have that use system resources like autostandby or the whitebook app or whatever its called, those start up right away. MemoryEye (another app that I use) starts up automatically. There might be an option in the settings for it to autostart up? Sorry
