8/22/18 Recent issue - I will turn off my WiFi, only to find it turned on a few minutes later. It is also searching and notifying me when networks are available while it is turned off, which tells me that it isn't really turned off. I already tried resetting the network settings. Any ideas? I'm using more battery power this way, plus we don't have much data available on our home WiFi. BlackBerry Motion on Android version 7.1.2

I had a similar problem a few months before. Wi-Fi kept switching itself on, even when I switched it off.

Turned the phone off and restarted it, was back to normal.
