[Thunderstrom]

Hi, I have a such a weird issue in whatsapp.. I cannot send / receive msgs on whatsapp or some times it just flood alot of msgs once.. the browsing at the same time works fine and other mobiles in my home are also working fine. but mine one have some issue's only for whatsapp. i'm sick of tired of this issue and don't have any idea to solve the issue. when I tried to send msgs it just show a round clock something it should be show when u r not connected to wifi/data plan..any suggestion plz how can I troubleshoot this?

PS: does it have something to do with googleplayprotect services ?cuz I have not given any permission to gplayprotect..I also restrict the permissiom except for storage and cntct 4 whatsapp app.. no firewall or such thing installed in my phone..
