It depends on what you need. I'd prefer a K1 Black with that price. IP67 falls too sort for what I need, so for me PKB is preferable to that kind of protection.

Don't confuse personal preference for usefulness.

I don't want a keyboard either, but I wouldn't call it useless. It's plenty useful for many others.

Characterizing a PKB as useless is utterly laughable! I consider auto correct, for example, to be useless (to me that is--it's turned off on my KEYone), but I understand many find it useful. Heck, I find virtual keyboards inaccurate and limiting, but would stop well short of calling them useless.

I am very pleased, however, that you want to buy this new device! Enjoy it, and let's hope many others do, too!

The opening statements seem trollish. As you may (or may not) know, CB has it's share of trolls.

Price to specs matters. Why pay for a mid range phone when you can get a flagship phones for a $100 more ? Think about it

A flagship phone with a small battery won't easily last a day

    (Battery) size matters

That flagship phone isn't as secure, no monthly security updates, no water resistance and no where near to such battery life.

Build quality I think it is very good. For me it is important. More imprtant than processors. I don't play games on my phones.

I have no issues with mid tier phones. But just have to be priced right compare to other competitive. Moto G5 Plus trumps this phone unfortunately

Enterprise..... that is their supposed focus.

But I can't imagine there are too many IT departments just sitting around waiting on BlackBerry Mobile. Companies release roadmaps, so that other companies can make plans.

Perhaps on Crackberry but price is a pretty common complaint on other sites. Unless you see value in BlackBerry's added security features, the Motion will simply be $100-200 more than comparable devices.

For consumers I think the real value here is if they can get the price low enough on contract to compete with comparable Moto and Samsung devices. At a similar cost the security features, larger battery, NFC, etc can standout (assuming they advertise them).
