So I am using the Motion , and loving it , I would like to know if there will be any more security updates for it? I am still on July's security patch.

I too am on the July 1, 2018 security patch & wondering the same thing. So much for BlackBerry's commitment to timely monthly security updates. It at least the Motion actually got the Oreo OS update. We can be thankful for that although the monthly security updates are probably more important for people.

There are some bugs on Oreo and they are probably focusing on getting those addressed before the next security patch rolls out.

Probably a good bet Oreo played a role in them getting off course. See the Sept patch is now showing up on servers for Motion but hasn't made OTA status quite yet. Because I bought through a carrier and if my past experience receiving these patches are any indication, I don't expect to see it until months end.

I have a BBD100-2 -17 PRD at my disposal, used Mobile Q to snag it.

So far it looks like the night mode bug got fixed for me, where it would lower brightness to 0 regardless of the normal setting.

Just installed ABG076 on my unlocked Motion BBD100-2 on T-Mobile. Battery seems to have improved as its been on 88% for past several minutes of use.
