1: hideous appearance, putting the BB logo on the home button is so annoying, for me it just doesn't fit. why not go minimalist?

2: 625 again, LOW END CHIP! any phone using this chip shouldn't be priced over 300$.the RED MI4 with same chip priced at below 150$.

It is a unique offering at a fair and reasonable price point.

What other device for $449 has a 4000mah battery, a diamond anti-scratch screen, IP67, an SD slot, and enterprise-grade security - all in a rugged housing? The 625 SoC, combined with the big battery, will provide 2 days of battery life.

It may not be your cup of tea, and that's fine. Enjoy whatever suits your particular needs better.

This post is not even worth arguing. Just because a phone isn't designed, spec'd or priced how you think it should be, doesn't warrant a whining post about how anyone should be fired over it. If you don't like it, don't buy it. End of discussion.

I've never seen a forum like this where the trolls START the threads. I also simply don't believe that there are still people who expect BlackBerry to offer a phone designed to compete with the high-end consumer phones.

The best BlackBerry Mobile can hope for would be to become the Volvo of phones: a midrange performer built for security and durability at a premium price for the niche of professionals who value that approach.

And, if they can do that, they will be profitable.

how does the chipset on the motion compare to the Keyone, because honestly I've yet to experience any problems with my Keyone. OK maybe once : p

The KEYᵒⁿᵉ camera is great! What are you talking about? The Motion has the same.

It's the amazing Sony IMX378 sensor, btw.

Actually I noticed the photo app you use when viewing photos makes a difference. I was using piktures for some time and it would sometimes show photos a bit blurry when viewing them. I decided to re-enable google photos and the same pics show up clear. Not sure what happened but I had to delete pikture app which I actually prefer to google photos.
