Been struggling with using Office apps on my Motion, no issue on my KeyOne.
The only one that works is Sharepoint, all others Excel, Word, etc crash when opening. Been going on for awhile, I'm using my Motion more than the K1. Suggestions?

I use Word regularly and -- if it matters -- through Dropbox. No issues.

That was an aha moment and tried to open files with Excel and Word within Dropbox. Same issue, and also had a look the app was installed on the SD card moved it to internal storage, cleared the cache and such. still no go.

Hmmm well, the only other thing I'm doing different is using Adoptable storage. But can't see how that would matter.

What cache did you clear? The phone cache or apps cache?
Maybe try uninstall the app, clear the phones cache if you did not already and then reinstall.

Very odd that it isn't working for you, my first assumption was that it's due to the Motion being new and MS needing to add support, but if someone else has it working on their Motion then that can't be the case.

Cache, deleted, installed, moved from external to internal, other than Sharepoint no other Office app is working. Might wipe my mobile and try again.
