Any one experienced the notification tone for messages, BBM, whatsapp or email not working after silent / vibrate is turned off ?

Are your options for the sound also reset to No Sound when that happens?

when the sound is turned on the phone only vibrates but no notification tone it only comes back on after a reboot.

My notification tones seem to regularly stop working. I haven't found a pattern on the cause, but will now check if it happens after going silent. It's also something that has happened through many updates on the phone. I don't remember when it started. A reboot is the only thing that fixes it for me, also. In the past when I've checked, the notification was still set for the sound I'd chosen. It simply just didn't actually make the sound.

As an aside, my girlfriend's iPhone randomly does it to her, too.
