Every single time I use a headset - either wired or Bluetooth, and when disconnect / plug them out, all notification sound go off except for phone ring. Need to restart the phone every time to get the notification sound back. Any solution?

do you have Developer Options turned on?

If so, perhaps you have ticked: "Enable in-band ringing" Allow ringtones on the phone to be played on Bluetooth headsets"

Maybe it doesn't fully detect the disconnection?

Developer options are turned off. In-band ringing not enabled.

The headset disconnected notification shows up each time.
