    Hi everyone,

My trusty Priv recently died and I've just bought a Motion to replace it.

So far, not crazy about the physical home button and noticed there is the ability to 'touch to back" on the fingerprint sensor. However, when I follow the instructions...

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/crackbe...y-motion%3famp

    ...the option is not there on my phone. My 'Gestures' settings list looks like this;

    ---------------------------------------------
    Gestures

    Quick launch Camera

    Double-tap to check phone

    Flip to mute

    Three-Finger Privacy Shade

    --------------------------------------------

Any ideas? Hoping I can activate this feature.

    Thanks

    Chris

The Motion is forever stuck on Android Oreo (3 and soon 4 versions behind), and hasn't seen a security update in a year and a half.

    Any time to return it?

Modern devices running Android 10 and above have full gesture navigation.

The feature you're looking for on the Motion was removed after an update.

Thanks for your reply. I was aware the Motion is on Android 8 when I bought it, been happily running Android 6 on my Priv, but the screen failed.

As per my question above, can anyone tell me where the "touch to back" option for the fingerprint/home button is? It isn't in the menu as per the advice from this CrackBerry article (https://crackberry.com/how-enable-to...ckberry-motion)

As I wrote, that feature was removed after an update.
