    I have been unable to access keypad on my phone because phone is not responsive when i click enter password. I am able to answer calls but cant make calls since i cant move past desk top. HELP.

    If the issue is not hardware, you can always try to wipe the phone with an autoloader.

    the screen lock of finger scanner is not working and answering phone screen swipe is not well working too.
