Anyone else with a later security patch?
It does make me worry about the support of BlackBerry Mobile.
From all the other posts on this topic, seems to be a common problem. As the other threads say, only fix seems to be a re-install of the OS.
Every Motion should be on June - no exceptions.
If you're not, there is something messed up on the device or with the registration of the device.
Use Sugar or the Mobile Upgrade tool to get back on track with a clean install of the newest OS.
I have a new Motion. eleven days old. on t mobile. got June update OTA.
What should I do to get my Motion up to track?
I reset the phone from scratch as well with no help.
I ran the hardware test through the support app and the hardware is fine. Any ideas?
