I am not too familiar about the bands on T-Mobile but I have been using a USA T-Mobile sim in my BBD100-6 since January 2018 for texts and phone calls (an old prepaid plan - no data). I am also able to receive calls and texts when I am home in the Caribbean.

It is working fine in US. It says wifi calling not available, which is not an issue with me as I plan to use the sim for a few days and calls and Data work fine on it.
