    I'm trying again with the Audoloader freshyl downloaded. Says the same error though.

    Well, that file IS there. Not sure what's going on.

    You can certainly use the Mobile Upgrade Tool.

    Ok,

    I have now used the Mobile Upgrade Tool. My Motion is now rebooting normally again and I can now set it up.

    It's very interesting that it won't work with the Autoloader that you uploaded but others seem to have no problems.

    That's normal. It will install what is current for your particular variant.

    What was the clue? 5 months of missed patches? The fact that Oct was 24 months since release?

    Consider yourself lucky. At least the KEYᵒⁿᵉ and Motion got their 24 months.

    The KEY² got 19 months, and the KEY² LE got 16 months - the last for both being Dec.

    yea ,thank you for your reply,my PRD No.is 63740-802 software versionis AAv137,product name is BBD100-3,it seems that i cant upgrate android 8 ,also at present i use it as a sparephone,after i set it up,my cdma data can be used,but cant make or receive calls......

    You have a pre-production test unit not permitted for resale. That's why the autoloader failed.
