    Hi there !
    I have a black berry motion and the Mic together with the video camera is not working. So no video call possible without my headset and no videos with Ton.
    I have check in the configuration and the Mic is on for each app. What can I do ? Please help !!!

    With what app?

    Can you record audio when filming with your camera app?

    No there is no sound but if I film and speaking in the Mic of headset it is working.

    I suspect the mic is broken.

    But, if you want to try:

    1) Hold power button down for 32 seconds and then let the phone reboot. Try the mic again.

    2) If that doesn't work, do a factory reset.

    If it still doesn't work, get it fixed or buy a new phone.

    Thanks I have done some reset many times. What is a factory reset.
    The microphone is working when I don't use it together with the video.
    Any idea what it could be ?

    I mean a factory reset. Wipes the phone to factory settings.

    Settings, system, reset options, factory data reset.

    Ah ok. If I do a factory setting I will loose all my photos and will have to reinstall all the apps I had ?

    Move your media to your SD card, and make sure your Google backup is up-to-date.
