Messages Stock App

So i've been hearing this from alot of people but they apparently are texting me... and im not getting them... I install Textra... and theres A TON of text messages i've never seen. Is anyone else experiencing this? And do we know why this is happening?

I might switch back to the stock messaging app, do the messages show up there?

the messages do not show up on Messages Stock App
but they do on Textra ... i dont know why this is... I can't seem to receive SMS on Stock Messages app.
