I called Bell a few days ago and I just received a reply back from PDAPlaza, sorry I can't figure out how to post a screen shot, neither will ship a device to the States. Has anyone been successful at getting a BBD100-2 into the States?

I'd wait until officially made available. If not, any issues regarding warranty could be a nightmare.

My Priv is wheezing so I'm getting desperate. It never fully charges, apps constantly crashing, it's almost completely unusable. I want to wait for the Motion but I may be picking up a KeyOne if the Motion isn't released in the US soon. Here's that screen shot of the reply I received from PDAPlaza.Guide to buying a BB Motion in US?-142461.jpg

I tried calling a few places across the border in BC (I'm in Seattle) and none of the Telus stores had stock nor would they sell phones outright. I will check PDA Plaza.

It will have a standard Blackberry Mobile warranty. I expect that will cover the device whether you are in the US or Canada or Europe or.....Cannot answer that question with 100% certainty.

1 year. T&C of BbMobile warranty can probably be found on their website.
