Doesn't work how?
While trying to read text from an image using Lens, it gives an error message - 'Something went wrong. Google Lens is not available.' (Image attached)
I'm not sure what, but something else must be going in.
Clear the cache from Google Play Services and clear the data from Lens. Reboot by holding down the power button for 32 seconds. Try again.
Tried all of that multiple times but to no avail.
The only other thing to try would be a factory reset.
Apparently it needs the Google app to work. If you don't have it installed, install it. If you do have it installed, open it first then open Lens.

The app on opening gives a message 'Will be available soon'. (Image attached). Did some online search and it seems Lens is not compatible with all phones and all Android versions.
I get that exact error message on my Key² sometimes. However, if I then close Lens, open the Google app, close the Google app and open lens again it works perfectly.
The Motion is running the same version of Android as the Key², so that shouldn't be an issue.
Thanks a ton! That worked! Never thought will need to open one app to make the other work!
