    Can anyone tell me whether the app needs to actually be downloaded in order for this function to work? I have downloaded it and tried to delete my voice model and reactivate with no luck. I thought maybe it was corrupted because it use to work, but nothing. Actually, after I delete and then toggle on the switch "Access with voice match" it goes through teh setup process, but tells me that the assistant can already recognize my voice because it was previously set up on another device (Priv I believe).

    Can anyone tell em where the voice models are actually stored so I can delete them manually? FYI, deleting the google assistant app does not change this. If I open the app and press the microphone button, all works as the app should.

    On your Android phone or tablet, go to https://myactivity.google.com/.
    On the left, click Other Google activity and then Voice match enrollment and then View data.
    At the top right, click More, and then Delete all.
