If it's anything like the DTEK60, I'm not buying it. My DTEK60 is in the shop for repair after only ten months; battery has failed. glad it's under warranty. Glad to have my PRIV as backup too!

I don't expect this device to be anything like the DTEK60 and more like a slab version of the allblack keyone

    Meh.

The "charge every day" model won't be necessary with this device and if charged on an "ad-hoc" basis you'll put about a quarter to a third of a cycle on the device's battery every 2 days.

With an expected cycle life of 500 for lithium batteries (which is what it is for ALL such cells) this means you should expect to get FOUR YEARS out of either the KeyONE or MOTION when charged "ad-hoc" (in other words charge when needed and convenient, not on a "float" or "overnight" basis) before it degrades to the point that you're annoyed with it and want it swapped out. The battery is extremely unlikely to be an issue for as long as you wish to continue to own this device, in short.

    Why, why, why???
The edges are rounded, so it can fall out easier from your hands.
    No better than the competition.
I hate the corners of my Priv. Only BlackBerry slab with sharp corners that make it a little harder to reach the top of the screen. All cases for the Priv have sharp corners. Sux

    Verizon better gets da Motion

I wonder if they're going to release a cheap one and then come out with another one with upgraded specs before the original one is finished launching

It already has 4GB RAM according to the rumor mill, but I don't know about storage.

After the Priv 2.0, now the Z20... where is the Passport 2.0?
