Whats fair to you is not the same as someone else.
Considering that they both are pretty much the same thing but one with kb and one without.. i would say yes. I may do like k1+$30 = Motion. assuming both are in the same exact condition, i.e. both mint.

Yeah both have small dings on each corner. I did sell a motion I got for 300 and flipped it for 500. I may do the same if I make this trade although with the marks I doubt I will get 500 but it comes with a case so maybe 480 would be a fair price. I still prefer a keyboard but when I see deals like this I always flip phones for profit. I got that motion for 340 and flipped it for 500 and used 300 of that to buy the keyone I currently have.
