    I felt your pain. I opened a case with Blackberry. They provided me a shipping wb and I sent for repair in Mississauga. You can track the repair online and when you see the pay option press it and you will see your quote. My repair was for a cracked screen. Cost was $99 all in and I actually received a new phone without accessories . BlackBerry support is 1 855-223-4034
