    Has anyone having problems with Bluetooth connecting BB Motion on 2016 Honda Civic?
    It connects for about 30 secs then it disconnects.
    A couples of days ago with the Bluetooth i could have read text/ emails, but now i can't do that.
    Things that i have done already.
    1) Deleted from Car and removed it on the phone.
    2) Reboot the screen on the car.

    Bring the car to the dealer and have them update the radio software, it helped me . Also what I found out is that if you have a lot of text messages that also could be a problem.

    Try a hard reset of the phone. Hold the power button down for 32 seconds to do this.

    I have issues with Bluetooth, but with Bluetooth headsets (I don't have a Bluetooth enabled car). I wear a headset at my desk and in my car all day. doesn't matter the headset, it will disconnect multiple times a day, but always reconnect right back immediately. I just get to hear the voice built into the headset say "headset disconnected" , immediately followed by "connected" .

    Hi! Yes I have a 2018 Civic exl... same issue. It flickers on and off sometimes. I looked for an update for the car none found. I rebooted head unit as well. It does work most of the time. Also when I connect via blue tooth it asks me to accept text meg's when I say yeah it doesn't connect. But when I say no it does stay connected. I use android auto do you?

    You need to go to the dealer and see if there is update for your 2018Civic exl.
    Like I mention have no more problems ( at the moment) .
    One more thing , maybe we should start to use the Android auto.

    Try renaming the car id name and re pair and see if it works

    Received the updated Android Auto app and it works great with my BB Motion.
    They fix the error of the black screen, also it android auto works on my Motion.
