    I'm not asking why you want it, I'm asking where you want it.

    You can change the background of the HUB and the app drawer (HUB settings, Launcher settings).

    You can also change some apps to "night mode" or "dark mode" if they offer it. You'll have to investigate the settings for the individual apps.

    you can get dark themes in the app store. you'll have to figure out what works best for you

    You can just take a totally black picture with the camera and use that as your wallpaper.
