BB Motion wifi svc disables during sleep

I've been having an issue with my wifi disconnecting when my phone goes to sleep. I can't seem to solve it. I've checked the wifi_sleep_policy and it's set to 2 for always on during sleep.

I cannot figure out why my wifi drops during sleep. Seems like a bug to me. Anyone else having this problem?

wifi_hotspot_inactivity_timeout_min=10 check this setting is correctly adjusted. It override the sleep directive

I háve 10 minutes adjusted, but anyway, by other options I cannot save it - I dont understand why
