When I used KEYone I thought his battery is unbeatable and so difficult to pass it but fortunately the new Blackberry Mobile device BlackBerry Motion in my subjective opinion came with best Battery Life ever
After 11 hrs of use my BlackBerry Motion still 80%

According to TCL, Motion gets 32 hrs of mixed use compared to 26 hrs on the KEYᵒⁿᵉ.
Larger battery, mostly (within 2 hours of the increased rating); the rest is likely due to the lack of the always-on keyboard decoder circuitry (which does draw some current and since it can wake up the device it has to be on all the time.)
How is the motion being advertised with 32 hours compared to the KEYone's 26 hours when it just has 495 mAh larger battery but also an inch bigger screen

Ask TCL. Maybe software optimizations have helped, and the KEYᵒⁿᵉ is getting better battery life too since launch specs.

I had Moto z play (2016) snapdragon 625 with 3500 mAh 1080p screen. I had about 8 SOT so motion will be at least 9-10 hours SOT.

Goodness me, I'm soo getting this BlackBerry Motion!! Would love the KEYone though as I would love the benefit of a PKB. Torn but battery life is high in priority for me.

This is what I was hoping for...at the end of the work day...without having plugged it in at all...I leave work with 80+% battery. Brilliant! I was thinking that 60% was good with my Priv, but 80+% is unreal!

Eagerly waiting for my Black Edition. But I think it'll take a lot of time, since it's coming from China and I live in Brazil...

Wow! This is really amazing to hear. Maybe this is how they plan on winning customers.
Wonder how they will beat the KEYone and motions battery with their next phone
I don't think it's about adding more mAh's to the 3505 or the 4000, but rather they should now focus on optimizing the damn things to make each of those mAh's count, namely the Phone idle, Android OS and Android System should eat less power than they currently do. iOS for example has amazing standby time.

Trust me IOS may have a better stand by but the battery drains quicker than any phone I've ever seen

Which really makes me wonder why Apple devices have been and are so popular. How is battery life not a top priority for people??
If Android was as optimized as iOS, the Motion should comfortably reach 2 full moderate use days.
For light users, an iPhone 8 can last a day (around 1820mAh), but I don't think the KEYone would if it only had 1820mAh.
A11 chip > SD625 imo for batt life

There are phones on the market with 5,000mAh and even 10,000mAh batteries....
In some developing markets big batteries are key, and 4,5 or 6 KmAh isn't uncommon - an Indian site had a list of 15 such huge battery phones a while back. More developed western markets where most people work and live with the ability to charge their phones ever day.... battery charge past 1 day isn't as much of a "feature" so 2 or 3 KmAh is more the norm.
At MWC last year, the Oukitel K10000 was able to get 24hrs of continuous on-screen time.

Meh.
Among those who I observe in various public places (e.g. bars, etc) the ones reaching for a charger are more-often iPhone users than Android device owners.
That's not to say there aren't plenty of both; there are.
