I had the Motion for 3 weeks, yesterday the phone started closing apps and going back by itself as it would by touching the "back button" next to the home button. I reset the phone to factory settings but the problem persists, actually experiencing it during the new set up process.

Does anyone have the same problem? Could the phone be faulty?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. I haven't come across this at all. To your knowledge has the phone experienced any trauma recently (drops, etc.)?

Probably a hardware issue, do you have a warranty?
