    Further updates will come when they get certified by PTCRB. Dates unknown.

    I have a BBD100-2 and I already have Oreo. Upstate New York on AT&T... unlocked Motion. Still waiting on the latest update however.

    I just got my wife a Motion that came in the mail yesterday. Came out of the box running 7.1.2, and it says the system is up to date. No Oreo drop for this phone yet. Also a BBD100-2.

    Not all models have Oreo. I'm typing this now on a Motion that is still running Nougat. I've checked the update App daily and nothing.

    Then you have a problem with your specific device, as everyone else with your variant has ABD301.

    You are 4 updates back as a matter of fact.

    As far as I can tell, everything is working great on Nougat. No issues at all. I tried doing a factory reset even, and still no update.

    Why don't you just call BlackBerry Mobile & find out why you haven't gotten the updates? Maybe they will offer a replacement since clearly something is wrong with your specific device getting updates.

    conite, you're making it sound like we're doing something wrong. Maybe there is something wrong with our specific devices, but simply telling us that we *should* be on Oreo and that we *should* be running ABD301 isn't really helpful. We know these things, and for some reason our phones are behind and we don't know why. That's why we're here asking these questions.

    And yeah, maybe we could call BB Mobile, but like for most issues, people often come here and see if others are having the same problem and to see if a fix is already available that we're not aware of.

    Maybe I'll try the autoloader route. I'm not going to try getting a replacement through BlackBerry, since this is a brand new device, and everything is working great, other than this issue. My wife got the exact device from the same provider, and hers got Oreo.

    The fact is, ALL variants have received Oreo. Full stop.

    If you haven't received it, there is a problem.
