Android Auto issue on BlackBerry Motion

Hello all,

I am having issues with Android Auto on my BlackBerry Motion. I can open the app just fine itself but when I connect it to my car, it won't recognize the phone and Android Auto will not show up on the car.

Does anyone have any experience with this or any tips to make it work?

It's actually a custom module retrofitted to an Audi A7, 2012. I have a Xperia X with Lineage OS installed and it works great.

Anyone have any idea? Is anyone using Android Auto successfully?

yes i've been using android auto with my Blackberry Motion for over a year without issue. maybe try using a different cord?
