Motion phone is getting stuck in a boot loop

I have had my BlackBerry Motion since September 6 or so, and have not had any problems with it; until now.
I will be using my device and randomly it will power off and then restart. Sometimes it finish the boot cycle, and other times it will stop in the middle of the cycle and restart the cycle. I am looking for an possible solutions. Thanks!

See if a factory reset will fix the issue.

Problem is the battery. I replaced mine twice through BlackBerry support then they refused. Figured out ALCATEL a7 battery works just fine. (Better actually) and restarts stopped...
