With no obvious reason my KeyOne camera stopped opening and I get a pop up message on my screen "camera unavailable". Same thing happens with flashlight. I've checked disabled apps in settings and it isn't listed. I don't remember changing anything else that would have disabled the camera and flashlight. I've rebooted several times with no luck. Any ideas? Thank you

It's not you or the device really, it's an ongoing bug in Android. Happens on quite a few devices. There's already a thread here about it - https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...issue-1108447/ but the tl;dr is that you'll likely have to reload your OS. In some cases, it might take one more wipes in order to get it back to working order. I'd say it'll likely be fixed in the next update, but this issue has been happening in more cases since May. Up to Google to address fully.

I fixed mine by disabling the camera using the dtek app...once I did this and restarted the phone the camera worked again...
