    Today, I tried to leave feedback for the Hub bc i have an issue seeing remote search emails. you can email them a support question. i received an email back stating that my email went nowhere due to customer privacy laws and i should go to blackberry.com/contact. i went there, and tried to create an account/forgot password. it generated a message that my account is suspended and i need to contact my administrator. since i have never logged in, i don't actually have an account and i don't have an administrator as i am a real person. this is clearly a runaround. anyone have a functioning email to get some help around here?

    Is this the path that you followed?

    http://blackberry.com -> Technical Support -> BlackBerry Smartphones & Smartphone Software -> BlackBerry Smartphones -> enter IMEI
