Hey I have a bb keyone, I can barely hear anything through the phones ear piece. Especially when I'm in a busy area I can't even hear a word from the other person. Is there a fix to this?

I agree with this post. My Classic and Passport had way better sound volume than my KEYone.

I am hoping that the limitations of maximum volume is not a hardware constraint, but rather something that could be fixed with the software.
