After installing BlackBerry Link. The default is to start when you start Windows. Open Link and make sure to set it to only start upon connecting your pc with a BlackBerry device.

I think, that problem is in Blackberry Virtual Private Network, 'cos when I try it disable or uninstall ... windows crashed to bluescreen ..

WIndows isn't recognizing the software. It's driver related. Since Windows7 the OS has been real picky about unsigned drivers
You can try to Install it in "Safe Mode" Or go to advanced screen an enable "Install unsigned drivers."

I've got 8.1 Running on 4 PC's and didn't have a problem. You might try disabling your antivirus program while installing. It's not the LINK software. It's Windows related!

Once you get it installed.... in "Run" (right click on start icon in lower left) type MSCONFIG.... then tap the START UP tab and uncheck anything that doesn't need to be there.
And also, remember to SET UP the Link software as IMCURVED suggested.

I think, that problem is in Blackberry Virtual Private Network, 'cos when I try it disable or uninstall ... windows crashed to bluescreen ..

You ARE correct. That's partially the problem. Again.. Driver Related!

Boot Genius... and Free? Great find!

    Gotta give credit where due.

whedro.... Bottom line, It's driver related!!

    Good Luck!

I think it's a windows issue. When I tried to install it, it could not complete and restored my previous version.

    Hi,
Can you please provide the link from where you got BB Link? I am on Windows 8.1 and it says that "This app can't run on your PC. Please find another version of this app for your PC."
    Your help will be appreciated.
