    I am now unable to sync my Q10 calendar with my Outlook calendar and I'm unsure what has happened. The contacts still sync fine (I ran a contact sync separately) and I am also able to backup. When I try to sync the calendar, it indicates that it is getting status information but then it hangs up for a bit and eventually stops and indicates that the sync was unsuccessful.

    I have updated to the latest version of BlackBerry Link (1.2.0.28).

    Try removing the Outlook account under Setup, Accounts, and then add it back.
