I have the same problem as the original poster. Still no resolution. Remote access through Link worked for a few weeks, then suddenly quit and I get the same message in Link as OP: no BB10 device is associated with BBID. I have Link on my office PC (Windows 7) and on my personal laptop (Windows 8). I really like the remote option. Too bad it isn't working for me now.
Have you had the update to your handset yet? I don't know why or how but after the update within 24hrs it just worked!

It's not a great answer but it's what happened to me, here's hoping the same for you.

Another Link (v1.2) update and remote file access still doesn't work with my Z10 (it used to work), but does work with the wife Z10. Maybe the official BB10 OS 10.2 will solve the problem. Telus and BlackBerry have no solutions that work. All they ever say is wipe the phone and start over. That's all they ever say......which is just BS

I have installed the leaked Link 1.2

I am running a eaked OS on my Z10, 10.2.0.1725.

For me, ever since, I must say that RFA has been working flawlessly, even over the network. It ALWAYS worked well within my WiFi network. When on the cell network, it was pretty wonky and unreliable.

    So far, however, it's batting .999 +.

Woke up this morning and my drives were actually mounted. Cropped screen shot on PC and saved via wifi to Z10. Don't know how long they will stay mounted. Perhaps it's the fact that link asks for device password all the time... who knows.

    Update:

After reinstalling Link 1.2.0.28 again and trying on different computers and having the same issues. I deleted the bluetooth pairing between z10 and original computer which for some reason logged me out of Link. After logging back into link and bluetooth pairing again my phone showed up in RFA connection list. It has been working for a week so far.

Link and Z10 work pretty flawlessly now.
