Why have they made the process so much longer.

Firstly you can't refresh your iTunes list when using BlackBerry Link...

Secondly the Z10 isn't compatible with all audio formats...

It seems like they rushed a lot of stuff to get the phone out but have missed out basic stuff.

What formats do you need? I thought BB10 handled just about everything including FLAC and WMA.

This could possibly be the end of my relationship with BB. Why does it have to be so hard to get my music onto my phone??

I'm confused with BlackBerry Link ! First of all, Link mixed my Album covers I had to delete all the music in order to have it right then I would love to sync my music directly. So that when I connect to Link on my Pc after having added new iTunes songs that my Z10 downloads the new songs directly without having to press this in Link. Is this possible ? Also I don't get why there is the sync option for the Z10 I don't quite see what it brings, I tought that at least the files on my Z10 would be sync to my computer but that's apparently not the case so I honestly don't know what this means. Could someone help me with Link?

Worst software ever. It messes up all my album artwork, doesn't sync all of my music, and if I need to erase something from my z10, it doesn't erase it. There's a permanent place on my sd card for the file and it shows on the library and the only way to get of it is by formatting the card. Not to mention it's sooooo slow and takes a day to sync my music.

Why don't you just bypass Lync and drag and drop your music onto your BB????

I find that the Sync app in BB World works fine. Syncs playlists too.

But, I really wish that BB Link would work with my iTunes library because sometime I want to sync sounds purchase through BB with my desktop music library.
