Okay - backed up my Z30, ran autoloader to OS 10.3.2.2639, and restored from backup.
Now, when I connect to Link I get an error "Unable to save name" on the bottom left Activity area.
The Z30 does connect, and I can run backup and restore operations, but the handset absolutely will not show up as a device for Remote File Access. I have no doubt that the problem is related to the name saving issue.
    What I have done -
I have removed the device from Link, and re-added it.
I have tried changing the name of the device - both on the device itself, and on the saved name in Link.
I have tried re-naming my desktop Link name.
I have completely uninstalled Link, re-booted, and re-installed.
I have logged out and in of my BB account on both the device, and Link.
Of course I have hard-reset my phone.

    Problem persists.
Remote File Access was working great before the Autoload.
I wish there was a way to purge my BB account of registered devices so that they could be re-registered.
Aside from wiping my device - a PIA and might not even help, any other ideas?
