need some help since i can't seem to figure out the problem, and i'm going on a trip next weekend and would like to get the problem solved.i have a pc and a laptop both running windows 7 home premium/64 bit/service pack 1(both on wifi also).link works flawlessly on my pc,installed 1.2 link on my laptop and and hooked my Z10 to it so it can get all the drivers.i can open link on the laptop without any issues (and it see's my Z10 on wifi),but when i go to sign in,it says connecting for a minute and then it says "unable to sign in to your blackberry id.confirm you are connected to the internet and try again.made sure it had all the permissions through windows firewall, just in case it was blocking it,and tried run as administrator.thanks in advance for any help/solution.

Sometimes, on laptops, it's not always obvious the caps key is enabled. Perhaps your caps key is on?

Nope, has nothing to do with the caps lock key,it doesn't even give me the option to fill in my id and password before it says i don't have an Internet connection.
