Last night I downloaded the latest BB10 leak on my GFs PC. Prior to running the autoloader, I backed up my Z10 to my new MacBook Pro--by use of BlackBerry Link, of course. All files transferred to my computer. They were there, I swear. I saw that they were "physically" in my documents. Anyways, I went to restore my data/documents stored on my Mac...then they disappeared. There was nothing there to restore. I had to restore using an older back-up from Nov. 2013 on my old MacBook...and lost many files, pics, etc.

I then went to make a back-up of my Z10 onto the new MBP, went through the motions, and time, of synching/backing up...and now...nothing is there.

Anyone experience this as well? I tried searching for a solution, but have yet to find anything.
