I've just had Windows 10 installed on my computer but my BB Classic won't connect to BB Link, I've removed Link and reinstalled it but to no effect. Any suggestions please?

Make sure to download and install all the latest software updates for your computer.

Make sure that you are using the latest BlackBerry Link version.

Make sure that you have a decent Internet connection as your computer may try to download drivers for your device.

If all else fails, use a different USB cable or a different port.

Link is compatible with Windows 8, so I'm guessing that the OS is not necessarily to blame especially since Link installed on your PC correctly. Check out the forums for general connection issues between Link and a PC.
