    In BlackBerry link shows the device is connected but volumes are not getting mounted and the sync relationships are not loading

    Attachment 298502 it is forever loading and ends up showing nothing could anyone help me with this.. I am using z10 and a windows 8.1 pc

    You can try to uninstall BB Link, and re-install it, and then when you connect your dedvice to the pc, try another usb port (to change the buss address), and that should help. You should also try in on a friends Windows 7 machine, as there may be issues with windows 8/8.1 (yukky in my opinion).
