I replaced my old Z10 with a new one, and when I tried to connect to it through Link I got this message. And I can't seem to find where I can actually see the devices under my BBID.

Help pleaseThis BlackBerry ID isn't associated with a device running BlackBerry 10 OS-capture.png

Yeah this blows. Thought I had this problem solved with my Z10. Until it started happening again last week and still ongoing.

I've read several other post of peeps experiencing the same issues. On CrackBerry and other BlackBerry forums. I have no clue why this happens.

Quite disappointed in the support from CB members. I had to wipe to get through this issue

I have the same problem. Thought the remote-access was quite a neat feature of the BlackBerry. Unfortunately we can't even get through the login screen let alone eventually getting remote access :P

Ren596, did you get it to work after changing your password? I've changed mine but it's still not working, aside from doing everything else suggested.

This happened to me once. I tried "forget this device," signing out of BlackBerry Link, toggling Link on and off on my device, and rebooting the pc. I think I even rebooted my Q10. None of it worked. IIRC what fixed it for me was changing my BBID password. Do it on your device. Then you'll have to re-sign into BB Link on your PC and on the BBID website. Should "recognize" your device again as associated with your BBID and Link.
