I have version 10.1.0.4181 running on my Q10 and Link 1.1.1.41 on my laptop - both of which according to Bell Canada, supposedly the latest software releases. I won't pretend to know otherwise, I accept such upgrades as I am offered!

That said, BB Link is and always has been extremely slow to load - during which time I cannot access any other internet or laptop functions, which is very annoying when I need to get information or get working on a project. I have timed it several times and an average is 5+ minutes, I've uninstalled and re-installed the software, still no joy.

I appreciate Link and all that it does - I just don't want to wait forever while it loads up.

Any known, working solutions very much appreciated.

Link is brutally slow to load for me as well. 5 minutes minimum.

You are not alone. I have the same problem. It is such a shame that RIM chooses to ignore (and not fix) obvious problems and therefore push more and more people to Android and IPHONE. I do NOT want to go that route, but it may be inevitable. I do NOT enjoy a whole lot of 'swiping' and love my keyboard and size of the Q10 but I find myself growing more and more distant from my relationship with RIM. So sad to see how they mangled what WAS a really good thing.
