Maybe I need to see a comparison (specification) between the two devices Z30 and Leap to know the options to Z30 or Leap.
Really, it has been 3 years I use the Z10 up to now and no significant problems occur with the Z10.

Leap has one other advantage that no one is mentioning: LTE on ATT.
I got LTE when my VZW 100-3 Z30 had an at&t SIM card plopped in. The device took advantage of the plentiful Band 4 coverage where I live. Z30 FTW.

Had to hand over my Z30 to SheWhoMustBeObeyed and replaced it with the Leap... my only quibble, I can't get to pair with Hands Free Link in my 2011 Honda Ridgeline, Z30 was no problem, paired easily. The Leap doesn't make the list of Bluetooth devices. Any advice?

Yes, my advice is, RTFM! There is a procedure for Hands Free Link Phone Setup, follow it and the phone will link to Hands Free.

Oh, and please let me add the Z30 was trotted out as a premium device, not some low end device primarily meant for the enterprise. I love my Z30, and have enjoyed the best speakers ever on any smartphone. It has NFC, and very handy Miracast and a TV-out HDMI port. And as cheap as the Leap is, right now you can find a brand new white or black unlocked GSM STA100-5 Z30 for about $220 (US) on eBay. I'm old, and finding life is short. Go premium! Go Z30!

The leap is preferrable if you can avoid the common issues such as setting the phone up before inserting your sim card, this will correct the volume problem and all that.......

Z30. Great speakers, good form factor, HDMI, solid build and great battery. Both a good choices, but if you find the two comparable priced , go with the Z30 as it was built to be a flagship device.....at least IMHO.

I think that win leap because the display is the big in a difference the z30 and because the corners are squared.

Depends on your carrier and LTE band needs, among other things. I just picked up a Leap and could not be happier.

Buy the BlackBerry Leap. It has an LCD screen. Also, it is more current in line of what models exist, and you can get BlackBerry Care warranty on it. Cannot lose with the Leap! I had one a it's great. Getting it back soon...

    I have a Z10, Z30 & LEAP.
The LEAP is my everyday phone and both the Z10/30 just collects dust (thinking about selling them).
I have enjoyed all 3 but I think the deal for me is the exclusivity. I've had people ask me about my phone even with the Samsung and Apple craze going on. There is just something special about being different!

Definitely Z30 if you don't have any problems with AMOLED display. That is the only one big difference. Otherwise, Z30 is simply a better Leap.
