    I don't know. What are your settings? Who's your carrier? What kind of plan? What email?

    I'm having the exact same problem, but only with my outlook account. Attachments are loading from my gmail account just fine.

    Also, my Leap can't seem to load the outlook.com website either. It's weird.

    I'm having the same problem on outlook with my Q10, Z30 and Passport. I have to forward the email to my Gmail account to open the attachments. This problem has been going on for a month or two. Tried everything but works for a day or two and back to the same thing.

    BlackBerry 10 or nothing!
