[CrackBerry Question]

I've tried just about everything but my BBMs don't appear in the hub went sent or received. Although I can see them in the BBM app. I would welcome suggested next steps.

Check the Hub menu (3 dots on the lower right of the Hub).
Then fo to 'Settings', 'Hub Management', 'BBM' and check to see that 'show in both' or 'show in Hub only' is selected.

Thank you for replying...I checked the hub setting as suggested and the radio button for "Show in Both" was already check. Out going and in coming BBMs used to show up in the...simply stopped this week. Anything else I should do? Thank you again.

Have you tried re-started your phone?

Yes, I restarted the Leap and had someone send a BBM...no notification on the hub or on the BBM app the (red BlackBerry star)...but the message is there. I really appreciate your help. I even wondered if there was a way to reload the BBM app.

Will probably have to reload the OS

The OS10 software, oh my? There have been some small odd things happening lately. Apps freezing up or pausing. Maybe I should move up to a Passport or dare I say Prive.
